The individual team members bring their experience, knowledge and dedication to create an atmosphere of ingenuity and commitment to innovative and environmentally friendly solutions. These key employees include the following:

Joshua Park - CEO/President

Joshua started with Chemical Engineering Partners in 2007 as the Engineering/Project Manager. He has directly and indirectly managed the technical aspects of CEP’s projects the last five years. He also started up all the plants for which he managed the engineering phases of the project. In 2010, he was promoted to the position of Vice President, Operations and was promoted as the President of the company in 2011. Prior to joining CEP, Joshua was the Plant Manager for Mueller Industries in Ontario, California. Before working for Mueller, Joshua specialized in engineering project management for Rain Bird Corporation, where he also developed and patented the world's most plug resistant drip emitter. Joshua also worked for Arco Products Company as a Process Engineer at the Wilmington Refinery and at the Engineering and Technology Center where he focused on process optimization and de-bottlenecking projects. Joshua obtained his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from UCLA with honors.
