Examples of products and by-products that result from the Chemical Engineering Partners’ Hydrotreating process are frequently found in the automotive industry.

Products such as re-refined lubricating oils produced using our process meet or exceed California's stringent quality standards and guidelines. The product produced rivals the quality of virgin oils. What's more, the products produced by the CEP Process are also certified by the American Petroleum Institute (API) and are recommended by Auto Makers such as Chrysler, Ford and GM in all of their vehicles.

There are by-products that come from the re-refining process, which include:

Light Fuel (gasoline) – this fuel is excellent for a plant fuel if local regulations allow; burning this as plant fuel can reduce the plant fuel requirements by 40%

Raw Gas Oil (diesel) – this can either be used as a plant fuel or sold as a fuel, depending on the market

Asphalt Flux – this is similar to an asphalt extender; it can be used for roofing or as an extender in road asphalt
